300 sounds better since I won't be there part of the time to keep an eye on it.  Or maybe I should plan on starting it an hour before people arrive?  I just want to use up the darn thing and have a decent meal!

Hmmm I'd say 350 and just keep an eye on it. Ham cooks
fairly quickly. If you want it to cook slower try at 300.
