I hated to have to come back to work. I knew it had to come sooner or later though. I will be fine. It will just take a day or two for me to get back in the swing of things.

Yes, Wild,
it is time for me to make more changes. I have been doing so little by little and I think they are helping me. I need to pick up the pace some even if it is little things that I do.
