I can't understand the Senate - How could they let this one pass ?
Just when the Democrats had a reasonable argument, all but a few brave house members rolled up and played dead?
For Christ Sake, (no pun intended) what planet were the Senators On?
They clearly had the polls on their side. It's amazing, and not surprising that the all the fools in the Senate are out for themselves. This is what I've been talking about. It's not the Demcratic Party, it's the representitives that have dragged that party down. Even the Republicans need a good Democratic party.
