We'll have to agree to disagree on Bush's agenda, archiew.
The only difference I see in their politics (besides extreme polarity in styles) is that Clinton was a little more self-effacing. Clinton's legacy may be one of screwing in the White House, but Bush's will be fucking the entire country.

It was Clinton who wanted a legacy
and pursued his "legacy" at the cost of ignoring his duties. Bush is just doing his job, without thought of a "legacy."
