just because the Clinton administration was privy to a good portion of
information about bin Laden, darkeyedemon, doesn't excuse the fact that his most significant terrorist act to date was done on Bush's watch, with Condoleezza Rice's narcoleptic advising before, during, and after the fact.

Bin laden was at the height of his activity during the Clinton administration, and much of the same information Rice had was in place during the Clinton administration as well. I would vote for her ;)
