G'day!!  Cheers for the offer...Think anyone will look me up?    Anyway, I'd be forever grateful.  I prefer black haired men with no chest hair, either dark blue or green eyes and he has to be strong as an ox and at least six feet tall.

They really do help. I've used in many times for various things including insomnia in conjunction with pain.

I've nothing so serious as what you have, but I've had a problem with frequent leg aches since the age of 6 which can put me in tears when I haven't even moved a muscle. I find it can also help with stomach aches. (I have irritable bowel syndrom AND gastritis, so not a day goes by where I don't have a stomach problem)

Mind of matter! Give it a try, see what your doctor thinks

You might try chamomile tea it's warm soothing and it helps you sleep.
or at least relax. Take care,
