Sorry, no way I would ever sink low enough to love my fellow man as horrible as God loves us. I care about other people too much to be that heartless and cruel and unforgiving.

Simply put because I CAN NOT believe. I would be lying to myself if I were to play it safe as you seem to think I should. It is not within my ability to believe in God since I have yet to see anything that makes it seem as though there is a God. I am not trying to not believe in God. I just do not believe in God. there is not effort put towards my non-belief. I have tried to believe in God and just could not.
" The very fact that you are not forced by God to believe in Him is proof that He loves you." What pure circular reasoning you have there. No logic at al to it. 'God loves you because he is not forcing you to believe in him, so since you are not forced to believe in him he must love you and so there must be a God.'. That does not come close to making sense of having the slightest amount of reason or facts to it.
If this Biblical idea of God is true then God is pointing a loaded guy at our heads and saying 'Either believe in me, worships me and say you love me or I am going to shoot you' and somehow claiming we have a choice. You like so many others seem to think if I pretend to believe in God and lie to everyone and myself, then that is better than being true to who I ma and standing by my values. Sorry, but I am not going to let God hold that gun to my head and force me to lie to everyone and not stand by the values that have proven to be valuable in my life. If there is a hell, then that simple fact would mean that God really is not all-loving at all, or even close to it, unless you have a real twisted and demented idea of what a loving parent is.
Why do you not humble yourself and see that you might be wrong with your beliefs in God? I generally find those who believe and preach their beliefs to often be much less humble than I.

of course if you equate Jesus with God, then fine -- but the quote of course was Jesus'
the connection is with the actions of Jesus as a man walking among his disciples -- getting naked and washing their feet, much as a servant boy would do.
practicing what he preached -- they must be servant of all.
that's quite a love (besides going through the rest of things in the next several hours.

you say the only thing God will not forgive
is lack of belief. Then why not believe?
Because you do not want God. You do not love God. You deny Gods existence. Would God be loving if He forced you to love Him and believe in Him to ensure you not going to hell? No. Because God would have been in violation of His creation which is you and your " right to choose". Your free will. Then God would be a law breaker and a thief. You have the right to go to hell. Its stupid and uneccessary to go there, but you can if you want to. The very fact that you are not forced by God to believe in Him is proof that He loves you.
Do you want God Almighty to not only break His own laws, but to make the sacrifice of His Son in vain, simply because you dont want to accept it. Because you dont believe it.
If you want proof that He is real, humble yourself.
Or do you refuse?
