I like the texture...
of cottage cheese. It is a substantial feel. That's why it is so great in cold recipes. I'm glad you liked the recipes.

What interesting recipes! I'm going to stock up next time cottage cheese is on sale, and try every one. I had a co-worker once who mixed it with chopped tomatoes for a lunch salad. I like it with chopped fruit, (fresh, frozen, or canned), artificial sweetener to taste, and milk. What can I say--it's the dairy state. If everything is cold enough, it tastes almost like ice cream.
