Keep dropping things on
the floor so you have to bend over to pick them up and while doing so take a big bite. Better yet, just eat the thing and if anybody says something, tell them that you need the extra strength to get caught up. And no you didn't bring enough for everyone.

I was going to suggest making an obvious show of taking a piece of gum
first and then eating the food as if chewing the gum. But it's probably against rules to chew gum too, or at least not good form.

wrapper, eat bar, say "Ummm!" And move on.
