beliefs are often held onto because we feel lost without them. but they need be examined one by one if we are to ever have a hope of evolving spiritually. the truth exists in the moment. thanks for the great post, Ciel.

It can be incredibly hard to release old beliefs
Cause we get to the point where we don't even question them anymore. Example of discovering: Wait a minute...I believed "that" my whole life? Whoa.
