only thing is
many here in the U.S. still have the old ideas concerning women.
and it's religious too
and it's male ego if it's not religious
but --
we shouldn't impose our values on another value system
we may see things a certain way -- but these people feel very strongly about these things -- they get pretty insulted when we try to change these things
here in the U.S., we have the same situation where women who have lived a certain way all their lives will not live differently -- good Christian everyday women -- that's the way they were brought up and that's the way they lived their lives.
respect others' beliefs as you would yours to be respected.
