Good advice there
I used to tell me to trust that God knows what he is doing and that whatever situation I was in I was put there because I could handle it or I could use it as a means to personal growth if the situation turned out to be a hardship. I have lost daily contact with God but am glad you have reminded me that it is a key to serenity.

I'm trying very hard to
keep in touch with my spirituality and my beliefs. It's so easy to get side tracked sometimes and forget the thinks that give you the serenity that you speek of.
