I listen to Abraham tapes almost every day, and if this shrink tries to talk me out of that, I'll take Arlene's advice and find another one.

i hope the appointment goes well. but, remember, if it doesn't there are other shrinks. i went to a few pyschiatrists before i found one i really liked

Jeff, this will make you
even more a prt of the Blogitville community, since there seems to be a majority here getting help for their various mental conditions. Hope the best for you, in getting yourself in order.

Jeff, yeah, well, the psychos, I mean psychologists will have you
thinking a lot about PROBLEMS, so you need to counteract that with some positive Abraham Hicks...Remember what he says, "Find a happy thought and think it." That's the only psychology I need.
