Did you find the mints? lol
I'm always around; sometimes I don't have time to comment. Your blogs are among the first I click on.

MY Witchflower!!! You're Back!!
The rice idea sounds good. Micheal went back to work today so he has to eat my cooking again. I'll have to try that one. I am having a weird veggie craving lately. I just ate a sandwich with roasted peppers, caramelized onions and sun dried tomatoes. I have better find the breath mints before Mike gets home.

Hi Renegade..
The spinach casserole was how my mom finally got me to eat spinach. Teenaged girls need lot of iron when they only sleep 4 hours a day and are trying to take on the world

Umm, they look pretty good.
One thing we do once in a while is add about half of a small box of frozen, chopped spinach to a package of Uncle Ben's Wild Rice mix. They go together quite well. Keep those recipes coming!

You'r taste buds change
every seven years. I was almost 15 before I aquired a taste for spinach. If you aren't a spinach fan, the spinach casserole will convert you
