Sass, eeeeeww!
Little kids (even adults) with snot are disgusting! Blach! Hair in food, yeah, that's pretty bad, too. How about crunching down on something like, the size of a pebble, hard and unidentifyable when biting into a piece of meat or other food?

Hands down
It would have to be hair in food followed by any kind of snot. Little kids with runny noses is the worst!

mooseandsquirrel,
Uh, yeah, that fits. Definitely qualifies for the barf bowl. JFC, the guy could have at least waited til he got into the privacy of his own home; but that just goes to show you even more what a disgusting human being he really is. I mean, he doesn't even care if he's seen doing that!

I Cringe at This...
I looked in my rearview mirror one time at a stop light. The car behind me was driven by a scrawny guy with a thick mustache. He calmly, and quite aggressively, picked his nose (he was up to his wrist!) and proceeded to examine his trophy...and eat it. He repeated this several times before the light changed. I was screamin and flailing about, but he was oblivious. My skin crawls still at this image. Perhaps this doesn't really fit your parameters, but it was the first thing that came to mind.

Oh, man, Koriani, I was totally lol!!
Too funny. My best friend is the same way about hair. I understand about the gettting trapped in the exam room with Mr. and Mrs. El Stinko. What are people thinking? Can they not smell themselves? Jeesh. Sometimes their dog smells better than them!

Ugh, my first gross out is
Hair. It's okay when it's attached, but when I find hair in the sink drain or shower, I almost throw up!!! Even my own hair! I have a tendency to "shed" at certain times of the year. Sometimes, when rinsing, I come up with a handful of loose hair and gag...
It's even worse when I find hairs stuck to the soap. I alway have to remind hubby to rinse the soap off when he's done.
My second gross-out pet peeve would have to be body odor. I can't stand it when people come in to the clinic and I'm trapped in an exam room with their stinky, nasty B.O.
I come out gasping for breath! Most of the time, I find myself breathing through my mouth and trying not to be too obvious about it. As soon as their stinky asses are out the door, I start spraying all kinds of deoderizers....
