But basically, nature and the laws of average have been pretty good to you.
I know when I look at your pic.

MiaElla,
Those pesky shower curtains! I'm lucky I have a shower door. So much more dignified to bruise your ass on it rather than having something stuck in said ass.
I'm glad to see you're still writing here! And doing a fine job, I might add. Watch out for those parking bumps. They're particularly bothersome when you drive over one, especially when a group of cute college boys is watching.
My first name, Miriam, means "rebellious one" or "bitter" or "sea of sorrows". So I can relate on that one. My middle name, Margaret, means "pearl". So I guess you could say I'm a rebelliously bitter pearl. Since pearls used to be priced according to how they tasted, it's no wonder I feel like the world sort of spit me out.

MiaE, that's the only way any of us should
handle life's little annoyances! It's the only way to remain somewhat sane. Just realizing and knowing that everyone has those weird occurances happen to them too, help a lot! (Of course, I must admit, I haven't yet had the shower curtains get caught up in my butt...yet.)

You're talking to the girl who bumps into doors and apologizes. "I'm sorry door, I didn't see you there."
And yes, I get strange looks often. Pehaps we are related. Don't worry though, I won't flirt with Heath #2.

Don't know why that is though.

Hey, but you can always pull the shower curtain out of your butt, so there's an upside to everything.

If you take the time to laugh at all those things, you can quickly turn tragedy into comedy.
"Tragedy is when I cut my finger. Comedy is when you fall into an open manhole and die." - Mel Brooks
(thought maybe the quote would cheer you up some) :-)
