I always thought it was sick
when I'd pass the pork store and see some cartoon pig in a butcher's apron holding up sausage.

SpitFire,
I have always loved Charlie the Tuna. Maybe that is what is wrong with my love life..........I am always drawn to the "proverbial" shark!

Exactly. But, still, I don't trust Charlie. Neither should you.

Well,
I didn't expect to get out of here the same way that I came in. I'm never the same when I leave one of your blogs as when I came in. What I wondered about was whether the route out was the same as the route in. Of course, that doesn't even matter now. I can't remember how I got in. You always get me all warped up.

I think they went out of business.
They got busted for animal abuse by Joe Arpaio's bunch. Seems they were keeping the Tuna in a stock pond out in Laveen. There was a rumor that they were smuggling Mojados up from San Luis, but none of them ever got north from the Tuna pond. Women, children, the works. They had to haul those huge tuna out in cattle trucks rigged with water tanks. I never bought anything with Tuna in it from them. In fact, I take off running any time I hear a Roach Coach horn. Their drivers are always taking someone out.

Good Gawd, JJ.
Does Ike and Tuna Tina really do any business? I think I'd run in the other direction if I saw that! (Oh, and btw, no. You can't get out the same way you came in. Not ever in my blogs. Sorry.)

No one seems quite sure
what's going on here, so it looks like a good place to jump in.
There used to be a Roach Coach caterer around here who serviced the industrial job sites and the Park'n'Swap in the area of 40th ST and Washington, near the airport. His Roach Coach Company (one Roach Coach) was called ''Ike and Tina Tuna.'' Is that related in any way to the subject of this discussion? Can I get out the same way I got in? JJ

a lot of moolah in travel expenses in order to investigate this report. I may never have found my source in Cape Tunaville. So there! HA!

Sass, well, thanks and good for you!
Ya know who else are a famous sell outs? Friggin' George Carlin and Dennis Miller. I used to really like Miller until he did a 180 and seemed to have become a Republican. Carlin swore (many years ago) that he'd NEVER stoop down and endorse a product for $$ in commercials.

This is a great little story
just full of imagination, but what else would we expect from you? You can't really mess with perfection. I could never sell anyone out for money. My brother-in-law was wanted a few years ago and we could have turned him in and collected a reward. He didn't do anything horrendous, but he was still wanted. I'm just not made that way, never have been, never will be.

At least he's a real fish. Dolphins are mammals...let 'em walk around like the rest of us.
