Lavender baths
Symph, do you have Gerber baby products in the UK? they make a wonderful lavender baby wash that I buy (for me) all the time. It is gentle and the scent is sooooo relaxing.
I received some natural lavender bath salts for a prezzie at Christmas, only there is real lavender leaves in it. I swear the bath looked like a mulch to put on the garden by the time I was done !
I smelled good though !
Spend some time, even if it's just a few moments cherishing yourself every day Symph, you deserve it.

I like the night better then the day. Sun goes down and I wake up. Reads like poem almost. I imagine, you skipping along all day. We all have limited time. We are limited in knowing that death is certain. Nice thought there. I'll now leave with my happy thoughts.

Everyone needs that time to themselves..
...and with little kids that's hard to acheive! But you've got the bubble bath and mint chocolate down and that's great! Sometimes I wonder if I'm a bit of a loner because I enjoy my own company...enjoy just spending time with my thoughts. Oh well...everyone can't be social butterfies!

Ahh.a bath. A true way to really relax. The only one getting bubbles around here is my two year old, but hey, I keep telling myself that it will get better when he is older, right? (Told tell me if the answer is no.) I love taking a bath but usually find myself passing out after "Goodnight Moon" and "Racecars, Racecars" and
this is oh so sad but true...

Maybe you should investigate on what are the reliable ways of finding good, responsible "dates". Maybe the higher educated are slightly more refined and less prone to showing violence.

Being alone affords more freedom, peace and time. When companionship comes, it comes. Otherwise, be thankful you are free from partner problems.

Good for you, Symphony!! We all need to take more time to do these kinds of things. As for feeling unappreciated, we all feel that way from time to time. The important thing to remember is that you are loved and worthy of love. Don't worry, this feeling will pass.
God bless.
