Great post.
I have osteoarthritis in my knees and back and I am only 31 years old. The sad thing about it is that it could have been prevented. If I had lost weight maybe I wouldn't have it. The good news is that it doesn't bother me too much now. I don't even have to take any medications for it.

Good post.
Informative. I've had hip and knee joints replaced due to OA, and while it wasn't fun, life is so much better now. It would have been better to avoided it in the first place.
