A real cheese conisoure.
Sounds like a fun idea, but will test out my choices before bringing them home. And the wind will have to be a fine vintage sparkling cider. I'll probably wind up with Kraft individual wraps and a seven up.

A few new things for me to try out ... I wonder if the apricot cheese can be found out here ... ? I will look this weekend .. sounds yummy ... Also means I have to run a few extra freaking miles next week now too ... Whaaaaa ...LOL

Blue Brie is one of my favourites!
Also, there is a really nice dessert cheese around - a soft cheese with dried apricot through it. All really nice with a decent glass of port or muscat!

I like to visit wineries. I make a family day trip out of visiting farms. Gotta be careful not to get carried away in the wine tasting rooms. I like garlic jelly on wheatstone crackers. I understand that the cheese in Europe is a lot better then USA. I buu cheese torta from this guy www.risingsunfarms.com.
