Thanks for the comments and support. We are in a big battle here with the whole deal. We are making great progress and I feel we are winning the battle. We have a lot more war to fight though. I really think we are making a difference and we will continue to be a positive influence in the child's life.

You've sure got a lot on your platter. I read back through several of your posts. It sounds like not only have you welcomed your niece into your home, but you've accepted her with all of her foibles and difficulties. You are to be commended for sure! I'm glad you've got a good support network of professionals and others who can walk with you down this challenging path. God bless and hang in there!
