very true - the more you move the more energy you will have! I have found that to be very true, when I start the day off with a good 20min-30min run I feel energized and ready for the day, when I don't start with exercise I feel sluggish! and definitely watch what you eat and when....eat at least every two hours, small healthy meals or snacks

There were some articles on grapefruit. Recommended 1 daily. I tried for a week but the bitter rind really stuck in my mouth even though I peeled so much of the white membrane away!

Straightforward ....
Heck ya! Brisk walking, walking, slower walking ...anything and everything counts. Getting out there and becoming more active is the key ...
