Thank you, LL
He is a treasure, as is his little brother, who is 6 months old now.   It's like instant grandma for me.  I wish I could be home after school, but because of the hours I work, I don't see much of them during the week.  I am in awe of people who are rearing their grandchildren, now, because about 3/4 of a day wears me out.  That six-year-old energy!  It's wonderful.

He sounds very intelligent grandma, "focus" I love that instruction he gently gave you. Happy to hear they are moving close by. I live five minutes from my Mom and it has been the greatest for my children and for her. My oldest daughter goes to Grandma's after school and is rather proud to show off Grandma to her friends. I see good things in your future!

Thank you, Goddess.
Yes, they're here!  I've already done some babysitting.  I got my feet wet trailing around a playground and came home with spit-up all over my sweater.  I love it.

Your babies are precious...

Gramma Witchflower! and Jolly Jeff, you have grandchildren without having kids by letting adult children (young adults) come to love you. Then they let you be honarary grandparents.

Exactly.

Giving them back is the best part. lol  Since I'm at this stage of life, I figure I may as well enjoy it.

I figure grandchildren are great cos you can give them back... However, I'm not in any hurry to be a grandma!
