Thanks Wiley
After everything that we have been through the past year I should be thankful I know.  The medical problems are not over he is always sick still and its beginning to take its toll on me.  At least with work I had an escape for a few hours each day. Now my work has slowed down as it does this time of year and I guess I am just experiencing a little cabin fever.  Thanks for your words of encouragement.

Goldie

Two very distinct issues you are involved in.

Running the future empty nest through your head now is good, you will accept it when it happens.

The other part about being together all the time, well Joyce and I used to talk about that because like you folks sound, we each were involved in our different lives. She in education me in machinery.

So I started building my office in my shop out in the garage, and we thought I'd simply leave for my work every day and when we could, we'd meet up for lunch and things.

But then she died. So Goldie, take it one day at a time, really,  enjoy what you have NOW and God will take care of the rest luv. After all the life you've lived He won't drop you on your head luv.

My wife and I work togeather!
My wife and I run a small Ma and Pa family business. Some days its more ma than pa and vice-versa. We have grown to enjoy it very much and would miss each others company if we stopped. We have been doing for 30 years. I have had trouble convincing her that I am the boss and some days she doesn't even listen to me. I am looking for a training manual. It only gets better with time, like fine wine. Enjoy each other and God Bless!
