I have crazy neighbors!
They have 2 teenage sons who recently got their drivers licenses. No need to say more right? 
They are constantly reving engines on Saturday nights at 2AM. Their subwolfers rattle my windows at all times of the day. And their house seems to be one where all the kids like to congregate.....loudly!
I am seriously thinking of saying something to their impish father, who hates it just as much, but who has the misfortune of being born without balls.
