I'm clueless about the bubble wrap!
The medical office reception room may have some significance, but the bubble wrap? I dunno!! I'll see what I can find in my dream books.

katray, I do love to pop bubble wrap...who wouldn't? lol...but I now think it was probably a symbol for real life "bubbles" being popped.

Well, that is weird Quirky. Yeah, I see the addiction part, tell me do you like popping bubbles, lol. (I do on bubble wrap, not dreams) Or maybe, it was a warning of some type - beware He who seems to be a good possibility for romance: he'll Pop Your Bubbles with a Gruesome Grin.

Quirky
Yes I know; but it was one of them "spur of the moment" comments.
But it was funny, though certainly not true (I think)!

Oh chit, you dreamed about me!!!
You see, we both have issues in our lives (most people do). We are waiting in the "reception room" (Blogit) to have our say.
The bubble wrap is our blogs and comments, which I am just scurrying like mad at.
The "gizmo" is my overactive imagination, creating more and more "bubble-wrap".
You join in (this post) and I tell you all about my addiction (this comment is me telling you all about it)!
My addiction is causing me to put off my career (the "music" I can offer to the world is dying while I blog)!
The decaying teeth signifies my goal towards awareness and enlightenment, which aren't being dealt with because I am not doing what I should be doing. It is decaying to the point of rotting away.
The thoughts about dating are any thoughts of taking me serious as a person. You have lost any interest of me as a person and/or blogger.
You were called for your appointment to post as you should; while I am being left to go on and on with my silly blogging and silly commenting!

Dreamer, bubble wrap IS very calming...and also when you focus on it, you're not focusing on other things...so...your interpretation also gives me more to chew on.

There's too much noise and confusion in your life and this prevents you from giving up your addiction? Or you are drinking too much caffeine and your senses are more acute? ;) Dunno..I have freaky dreams like that too!

Thanks everyone! Wowee---both Ariala's and Lisa's interpretations have struck a cord! Got to think about that some more.

Hmmmm bubble wrap eh?
Hmmmm? Perhaps the bubble wrap is symbolic of frustration or nervousness? Passing time by; not making an important decision? When you sit there popping away at the bubble stuff you kinda calm down, relax ~ perhaps escape? My mother was a bubble-wrap aholic. She would tune out the world, popping away until there was nothing left to pop. An endless supply of bubble wrap would keep someone very busy avoiding an upcoming dental appointment … hee hee

Acutally.....Ariala has a good point....
the only thing I could think of is bubbles being broken, like something disappointing is happening/going to happen in your life. On the other hand, playing with bubble wrap is a child-like fun thing to do, so I'm not sure about this one....very interesting.
The doctor's office thing might raise more questions though. Are you or have you had an appointment lately? It could just be thoughts about that. Otherwise, it could have to do with a friend or family member's health.

Is there something making a clicking sound outside your window?
or in your room? the noise might have disturbed you out of deep sleep into REM sleep. It could really be that simple.
