Condie has feelings too:

Shavonne has feelings like any other human being.  I'm sure my post stirred up a very angry response.  Can you imagine how Condie Rice felt after the flogging she took by the Boxer and some of the other democratic senators.  Even if you don't agree with Rice’s policies, I'm saddened that very few VIP's were willing to defend her integrity.  The forums for debate has always been part of America’s great democracy.  The voting booth is clearly the first and most effective reflection.  Spirited and informative persuasion is the art to get your views turned into action at the voting booth.   Just shouting that you hate someone is not political discourse.

The only explaination that anyone needed is what the world saw on TV today.

A finger dipped in ink is an image that resonates hope around the world.

Shavonne has served her country and we all need to recognize
that fact as we all have done. I don't think her grammar has much to do with her argument as I am sure she was a bit mad when she responded. It's hard to type sometimes when the anger is coming through. Barrett has made some wonderful points and they make a lot of sense to me. To disagree just because you don't the President is not the kind of disagreement our founding fathers began this country on. Ms. Rice deserves the respect of us all. To rise from her lot in life to where she is today deserves all the respect we can give her. We can disagree on policy like many of liberals say, but then liberals personally attack people in the administration. You lose me when you do that. I am all for what we are doing in Iraq. They are voting today and that just about says it all in my book!

And I think you're fucking asshole.  You should be asking Bush and your beloved Condi why they felt the need to lie to send troops over to Iraq to die.  Thanks for devoting a whole post to me.  I appreciate the traffic you'll send me.

I have a right to my views.  I said nothing bad about Condi.  I simply stated my opinion as did that lady in senate.

Sounds like you need to get over yourself actually. Shavonne, like any other citizen has a right to her views; last I looked we still had a democracy or illusions thereof. Protest is what finally turned the tide in the Vietnam War and saved countless other lives from being destroyed. As far as Ms. Rice, no it is not a woman's issue! Or a race issue. I am a woman and considered a minority and I distrust Ms. Rice deeply because of what she has DONE, not based on her sex or color. Why should she be given a pass on the lies and manipulation she helped spread?? You sir are Prejudiced.
