Hey, the men's clothing thing sounds like it could work.
Better buy something for a guy who's the size you want, and who has good taste.  Heehee.  :)

Angie,

I'm thinking about getting a degree in teaching...hehe.

Oh, and I volunteered at a police station before...may have to do it again....good advice sweetie.

Good luck with the man hunting,
I hope you find the perfect man. A cop, huh? Maybe you should volunteer at the police department. Or if you want to meet a teacher, volunteer at the school. I don't know, I was just thinking. Or you could get arrested, but that's probably not a good idea. Take care MiaElla:)

Miaella, it really wouldn't be long, and it would only be a "wish not wanted" list!  LOL

Now that would be a long list.....LMAO.

sassy,

I highly doubt any guys on here would fit my description...haha.....actually, there aren't that many young guys on here now that I think about it...or maybe I just don't read them.

My sister used to live in Braddock....not sure if she's still there or if she moved though...she moves throughout PA a lot.

Mia, what about a "Men NOT wanted" list?

posted by Kelli on January 27, 2005 at 5:12 PM | link to this | reply

Unless they are under 25
Chances are that they will have a brat or two. Where does she live in Pa.?

Mia, why don't you
make a post asking for bloggers stats? Maybe something like: "Attention single men bloggers with brown hair and eyes", CLICK HERE! Seriously, I bet we have alot of singles on here. UntoldOne falls into that category and he is a cutie. Too bad his hair is sandy colored though.

Yes, there are several single guys floating around here. From age 30 to 46. They all have great jobs, but a few have ex's and kids. I'll send them to you in a cardboard box. Will that work?

Mia - I've written my list. Its tied up with pink ribbon next to the pink candle in my bedroom. A pranic healer I went to told me she wrote out a list and four months later met the exact man. The only problem was she had forgotten to state how much hair he would have and he turned out to be bald!

You have just described my husband
with the exception of the height. I love brown hair and brown eyes myself. Come visit Pennsylvania. There are a bunch of men that fit your description. Of course they are Italian's. Hope you like sketti!

eww.....that's gross...metal breath is gross too...oh, and fish breath....and poo breath...

just ew...I never kiss a guy unless I have mint, gum, or honey in my mouth.

but I'm always sticking yummy stuff in my mouth so it never seems to be a problem...although one day I may get visited by the cavity fairy.

My list is my ideal guy...the one I saw in my head since childhood...fantasized about as though he were a prince come to carry me away..etc...but what gets me more than anything is the way a person smells, the taste of their mouth, and the sound of their laughter...if someone has all those 3 things, and I like all 3...I'm hooked...don't matter the eye or hair color then...lol

posted by MiaElla on January 27, 2005 at 11:45 AM | link to this | reply

Miaella I lost myself...I don't know what I want anymore (blonde, eye color
etc...) I think its the way the person comes across now that dictates what I find attractive.  I used to be much more shallow and still am a sucker for a pretty face. But...I look at things like intelligence, cleanliness, neatness, undefinable compatability "feelings" and stuff I don't know how to say.

posted by FreeManWalking on January 27, 2005 at 11:38 AM | link to this | reply

billy,

huh, for once you lost me...I get the pretty thing part...but all prior to that...huh?

posted by MiaElla on January 27, 2005 at 11:33 AM | link to this | reply

Miaella, I don't think we find what we think we want...we just get blown
away but someone for no good reason. We all like pretty stuff...or at least stuff we think is pretty.

I find the idea of a list odd, but then, I'm a guy. However I don't think it's completely crazy, as long as it's written in pencil and not carved in stone.

posted by Talion on January 27, 2005 at 7:56 AM | link to this | reply

Mia, same here.
I made a list of the places I wanted to travel. Strange thing is, I've recieved postcards from people from some of those places. What I did was stuck them to my dresser's mirror. Out of the four places, I had visited three in the past five years.

It's funny but I use list for other things as well.

posted by MiaElla on January 27, 2005 at 7:52 AM | link to this | reply

Mia,

I have a list in my head, but it's not quite defined as your.

What has worked for me with other goals in life, is to not just visualize what you want to happen, but is to make it clear, put it on paper and keep it out where it is visble to you.
