I think you should get everyone here who loves you (that's all of us 
) to send nasty notes to the pinheads at the hospital that are giving your Mum such a hard time.
She needs that operation and toute de suite !! (that's a Canadianism for right f'ing now)

So sorry to hear about your sisters tragic death, your fathers drinking problem, and your mother needing an operation. Life can be so hard sometimes. All we can do is keep keeping on. Just said a little prayer for your mom hoping everything goes well. Keep your chin up!

my mum is here now and she has phoned her own doctor which is fileing a complaint and at the same time she wants my mum to write one too...so thats what I be doing for her

Yes that is pretty aggravating....stay on the case and phone them.. it is no good to her to keep waiting but at least she is strong for now.

Its queer that a younger, sick person is kicked out of hospital while the elderly, chronically ill are allowed to stay on for ages. I hope the situation will change.

Im sorry about your loss... dont let your dads comments hurt you... many times we're hurt so much we lash out... clearly he needs help with his drinking problem and if he doesnt accept help then you did all you could....
