Kingmi, these are questions that cannot be answered in the comments
section of blogit, to be sure. But in short, I think that the open market is possible only in a democratic world culture, something that is not a reality right now. The world could well use American influence if America would stop trying to impose its values/products on everyone...An open market means the ability to say no to some things, as well as yes...
