It's good to have support system for ourselves.
I guess that unknowingly our readers provide that for us. It's a great feeling to have people who read my stuff, whether or not I comment on theirs. I do try to be fair and return visits, but I enjoy their stuff anyway so it's no hardship.

I find I have loyal readers too, and I also have a bunch of people I read religiously. Whether I comment or not, doesn't really matter. Sometimes I don't comment at all, other times I comment like crazy.

Hard disk means your pc's C drive. We have friends who recovered data from hard disk after the crashes. It may be expensive but its worth it.

Call & check with the manufacturer of the hard disk. They have the technology to recover lost data from even crashed disk. I think the data matters a lot to you so you should try to find out about data recovery procedures.

my documents are all gone never to be gained back
I am told that by doing the recovery system...it has fixed the problem ...meaning no more virus
but it is sad that I have lost everything

I hope you'll feel better soon. The best way is to move on, continue working, and doing all the normal things.You'll forget about the worries and really get back into the groove of things.
