Welcome back Poet!
Such tragedy and pain to deal with daily. No wonder you're exhausted. I think, sadly, it's the really good teachers, the ones with a sensitive, caring heart, that are deeply affected. Yes, teachers can only do so much; sounds like you've given it your all. And then some. Good luck and take care.

I agree that if some of these people in authority walked a week in the shoes of a teacher it would help all of society. Good post!
