very few people these days can count back change. I have stumped more than one teenager by making them count it back to me.. they cant do it.

Goodness!!!!
I learned math in the 1970's... fortunately by old nuns who learned in the 30's or 40's.
When I was 16, I worked at McDonalds. for some reason we has several brown-outs that summer.... I was the only one who could keep working... even without a pad and paper....
Nowadays, they'll just close up shop!
