I never thought of that, I think I will carry on this way for now....and when I have got down to the weight I want then I will continue to excercise and eat less...it may work...I guess I wont know until I try....but thank you so much anyhow......

Slim fast? Yuck! Good luck with that. I will tell you though, I've lost 165 pounds over a 5 year period. It's slow and it takes adjustment. The thing with time.. well that's kind of normal. I don't think liquid diets work because once you're off of them... you gain the weight back. You need to grab an apple or banana for breakfast.. something quick. Then do the same for lunch. Your body is telling itself by the lack of food during the day that it is starving. So when you do eat anything, it's going to horde those calories. By grabbing a quick, healthy snack throughout the day, you assure it that it's not starving and it will catch on. Just some advice from a former 358 pounder here.
