The best way to deal with it is to

the singers wh really cant sing think they are great....but they are funny...you have to admit.....yay for you, you'll have to share some stories...it is a great job..it does have some downsides but overall I am happy

Symphony, this brings back memories. I used to organise and host karaoke nights and they were never boring! I'm alway amazed at the number of people who are misguided enough to think they can sing. But I never had to cope with strippers thank goodness..
