I do save them back, however because one seasoning pack is enough to season an huge crockpot full of stew. You can also mix a half a pack to 8 ounces of sour cream and it makes an interesting dip. You just have to use the pack VERY sparingly.

The very first thing I do with Ramen packs is toss the seasoning
which has way too much msg!
