You earn money each time a Blogit members views one of the pages of your blog. Adding posts can keep members coming back and viewing your blog again, and again, and again. Each time they come back, you'll get paid.

Hi Becky
Once again thanks for your response to my plea for help.
Just one more question:
So you say I'm only paid when people read my blogs (not comments) so if I add posts to my blogs, am I being paid for those posts being read?

Blogs vs Posts
Not a problem! You can think of a blog like a journal or a book. The posts would be the journal entries or the chapters. You can only have a certain number of blogs, but you get as many posts within each blog as you like!
Earnings are paid based on reads of your blog, not the comments.

Thanks for your answer to my query Becky.
I think I may be a little thick but am still puzzled about the differences between:
Blogs and Posts?
AND are writers also paid for readers reading comments as well as Blogs?
As said it must be my age, I'm going senile or something, so please be patient with me.
Thanks Becky
Love

1. Number of Blogs. With your account, you have access to create up to three blogs. This simply means that you have three areas where you can post or display content. You are not at all limited in the amount of posts or entries you can add to each blog. You can add posts daily, weekly, or hourly... it's up to you!
2. Numbers next to blogs. What you're seeing on your Member Profile page is the popularity ranking for your blog. Blog popularity rankings, as shown on each member profile, are based on the number of unique readers each day for the past seven days. We believe this is a useful indicator of the value of a blog, since it benefits blogs that consistently attract readers. "Unique readers" means that no matter how often someone reads a blog, they are only counted once when the rankings are calculated. The purpose is to ensure fair rankings by allowing each person to only "vote" once.
