Merry,
It's never too early to begin.

I like that positive attitude...
Maybe when I am an old lady... in a few months... I will adopt it as my own.... LOL!

Klara,
It's not "luck,"--it's that you choose to recover quickly!

Great, great post, Quirks.
It is true that we can seek to embrace either happiness or tragedy. I recover rather quickly from things, so I'm lucky in that respect.

Gypsy,
thanks, I know you did!! But you can tell when a post drops like a thousand-pound stone on "the list" that it's not being read. Oh well, such is the nature of this place. Some days I am blogging in a vacuum.

Quirky one...

I had one that didn't get a single comment at all. It was when I actually bothered to introduce myself LOL. Don't feel bad, I'm sure plenty read this. At least you know I did!

Gypsy,
Yeah. Sure. Either that or my post was sprayed with Blogger Repellent.

Quirky..
Aw now.. that's not true. I don't write about other bloggers or tricky headlines. It's just a matter of people being strange... blogit is fickle.

This is what happens when you don't write about bloggers or post a click-trick headline.

This is spot on and exactly how I intend to live my life from now on - I choose to be happy!

sassy,
Dang, Girl!! They say things come in threes but you're getting triple your share! You're handling all that remarkably well, though...maybe it's your moniker!

Gypsy,
Attitude is everything, as "they" say. Yours is pretty darn good!

I keep high spirits about everything these days
even though I have had some serious curve balls thrown at me lately. I have been very sick for the last three months, my car was totalled by a deer, my daughter moved to Texas just two weeks before Christmas, my fridge went out, and my washing machine caught on fire two days ago. I wasn't supposed to live past 36, but I am 40 so I can rule that one out. I keep thinking what is gonna happen next, but then I remember to thank God for everyday that I am alive and can enjoy my family.

Quirky One..
This is why I'm never depressed and rarely unhappy. I wasn't supposed to see the age of 30. I'm 33 now so each day is a bonus!
