Thank goodness your parents are supportive and you have an understanding work enviroment. I'm sure they'll let you return in the future if you are able. And, don't shut the door on that, you may be able to in very little time.

I think you will make the right choice, UH. I always believe that, as even
now you're more rational than most. Whatever you decide, I will keep you in my thoughts and my prayers, and whatever you decide, it will be a good choice!

It sounds like you really do need to get some help. My friend actually went into the hospital for about a month...we'd visit him often. He was very high-spirited and very creative. It was probably the most normal time for him in his life, strange though, seeing how he was in the mental ward.
I hope you can find that too. 
I'm here for you always my friend. I know there isn't a whole lot I can do.
But I hope the right answers find you.
