The wife and I love each other and are very happily married. We do some things that a lot of people wouldn't condone or understand in our relationship. I do much more than flirt with some women, but they are woman the wife approve of know. This lady I work with probably would not fall into that category. So I keep it innocent enough. I think she is beginning to see through some of the things we do. I get phone calls at work and she knows I am talking to someone other than my wife. I think she has become interested in what we are doing. So I will have to cool if down and back off.

I used to flirt with a guy at work
We would give each other neck rubs and the like all the time. I was a little worried being married, but so was he. It was like it was what goes on at work stayed at work. It's hard to explain but we were able to be good friends without it affecting our marriages.

I don't think we will do anymore than just flirt.
I have to work closely with her and I would not hurt my work ethic by doing something like having sex with her. Are you going to keep in touch after the move?

Sometimes it is fun to joke around when both parties know it is harmless. I work in an office with all men on my side and our secretarial/ assistants are half male on the other side of the floor. I have two male buddies who we play jokes on each other and tease and act like kids. It makes work more fun and we work in an intense atmosphere.
