The Pre-Emptive...
...strike concept is a very dangerous one. It is designed to allow the US to operate outside of long-established international law, to invade any country, on the flimsiest of premises (think WMDs, bin Laden - Saddam connection), for purely monetary, resource and strategic gain.

It was used in the recent Iraq invasion, and look at how the standing of the US around the world has slumped, and look at the mess the US now finds itself in over there.

Bad idea. Illegal concept. Needs to be ditched immediately.
