kingmi,
San Antonio is nice. The Alamo has much history behind it, but the place itself is not much. It's right in the middle of the city so I guess that takes away from it some. There is plenty to do and see here though!

Janes,
I prefer the warm weather to the cold weather. The only problem is that when it gets this warm down here it is because we have a southerly wind blowing and that brings up moisture fromt the Gulf or the Pacific. That causes us to have clouds and dreary weather. I do prefer it warm. The wife and I have set our goals and we will make good on them. We have been coasting for too long and not doing what was right. We will make sure we take the time to do better this year in several areas.

Sarooster,
You've got some good goals! Best wishes!!!!!!! And yes, I'll take some of that heat you've got, although it's unseasonably warm here in Michigan. But still, an 80 degree day sounds divine!

Sarooster, OMG, San Antonio. It was our first option should we have gotten winter weather on our way out to AZ. I told my Chelsea, we could spend a few days at the Alamo, and then drive out to Tucson. But we had good weather. You are indeed blessed. We have freezing rain and schools are out!

This weather is pissing me off. Running the AC in the car in January? It's just not right. I preferred the cold and snow before Christmas. Oh well, at least I know I'll get to use my new coat next week when I go to Maine!
