                that is what I'm saying.  In fact, I am beginning to suspect that these cheap webhosts are into beta testing certain servers for which they are compensated.  In that case, they'd really need to catalogue the kinds of complaints they are getting.  Catalogued complaints in turn become their bread and butter.

                    Had a cheap host in the beginning of my business, Friar.  
                
                Paid five bucks a month and my site was down for six weeks once.  Emails to them were sent back to me with horrid, discourteous answers, and they said I was imagining my "lack of a site".  Now I have a very expensive one, but no downtime in over three years.  You only get what you pay for.
