jamry, once again you have stumped the band. I guess the VietNam
experience was one example of how the opinion of the majority was able to effect change. We were not clear on where the threat to national security was.

Here's a thought or question for you.
Is it possable for a President ( or any person ) effect positive change regardless of their point of view? Positive and every one jumps on the bandwagon - negative and people becomes so inraged that they join together to correct the situation.
