I did the buttered rum one last night and it was certainly better than the holiday spice pepsi. The peppermint one I thought was good but you will want to adjust the amount of peppermint oil to your taste. Mike liked his strong. I went weaker.

I've tried the citrus pepsi
not sure how game I would be to try some of the other recipes.
