The idea of the accidental gourmet...
I have been working on a cookbook by that name for the last year and a half. It is a work in progress. The title describes most people who like to cook...foodies. We learn to cook well because we like to eat well. We are all really accidental gourmets, if you will. And anyone who loves to cook cannot make bad food. Its a gift of love that we give ourselves and others.
