absolutely true ... the article reminded me of a book I read ages ago Zen and the Art of Archery ... i suspect the sense of goodness that's meant has something to do with the cessation of a certain desperate clamouring ... an openness of awareness that doesn't need to squeeze what is experienced into restrictive categories ... maybe a certain wonder

cheap flights to most places on the east coast!
darwin and perth and you may as well be flying international!!! LOL
