Yep, sometimes, it is! Just depends on what area you are walking around!

Is your house full of nuts? Is it dangerous to walk around without shoes-should you step on a nut?

Word, she is a cutie pie! She's gotten to be so sweet
since she's learned to trust me and she plays now, too. Got some new pics coming!

LittlemsP, she has...but she's getting to be a big girl, now
so you know what that means! She's gonna be a big girl in the wild pretty soon!

Pecan, she certainly has! She just kicks back with a walnut
and goes to town surrounded by her comfy couch...which she promptly poos on.

Symph, yes, she is and it's hard not to play with her more often!
It took her at least 4-5 days to trust me at first, but now she knows me and wants to play. I try not to let any of them get to "human friendly" for their own future safety in the wild, but, well, it normally doesn't work out that way! I most definitely do not let them get friendly/playful with my dogs, though. Oops, I mean dog.

I forgot for a second I only have one doggie now.

Tapsel, that's great to hear! Fact is, squirrels (regular ones, not Flyers)
are most active for a couple hours after sunrise and a couple hours before/into sunset. Flying squirrels, of course come alive at night....like me. Muuuwwaaahaaahaahaa!!

Rachel, how cool! Squirrels are so playful.
That's all they do! Play, eat/hide food, mate, and sleep. What a life! They're happy little creatures. I just love em!! Oh, btw, one of my previous rehabs "Krunchie" (his pic is on this blog thingie) still lives in the trees in my backyard and when he sees me in the backyard, he throws acorns and sticks at me to get my attention!

Spitfire - The squirrels (regular ones) are running rampant here right now.
Hordes of them, chasing each other around up and down the trees, leaping across the ground, playing, playing. I don't think I have ever seen them so active.

She's SOOO cute!
We took a walk tonight and I swear there was two squirrels that look a lot like this that were throwing stuff at us! They would scamper from tree to tree and I think they had great fun at our expense! :)
