I enjoyed reading your list. I own a home and there are lots of drawbacks---anything breaks, you gotta fix it. Taxes...don't get me started, but the word "outrageous" comes to mind.
I do sometimes hire gardeners and housekeepers. There again, no matter what you're willing to pay, they often don't come on time, don't do the work you paid them to do or steal your stuff. Hope I didn't ruin your pipe dream!!!!
