That's what I had in mind
I guess I put them all under the general category of "shink" Psychologist, Psychiatrist whatever.

Start with a psychologist
If you need the help, don't start with a shrink unless you have major problems.
I see a psychologist and feel incredibly better after I go. They let you talk through any problems you may have and often offer suggestions on how to deal with certain situations that are giving you problems....at least that's what my therapist does.
It may be a good idea even if you don't feel TOO bad, you can set up to go in once a month if that fits your needs.
